During a group Sound Bath, you are lying on a yoga mat with a cushion and a blanket. What are alchemy crystal bowls? Alchemy Crystal Bowls are made of precious and semi-precious minerals, and metals, and create pure exquisite sounds. Their high frequencies allow our bodies to balance and heal themselves.
